GAUSHALA, August 2: Minister for Labor and Employment, Farmullah Mansoor, has blamed the CPN (UML) and Madhes based parties as being separatists.
At a news conference organised at Jaleshwor on Wednesday, Minister Mansoor said, "Development construction works of the country have been halted as the constitution has not got completion and acceptance due to stance of the CPN (UML) and Madhes-based parties."

Saying that the Nepali Congress was ready to make the constitution acceptable to all by addressing the demands of all including Madhesi, Tharu, backward communities, among others by amending and making some revision in the constitution, he said that the NC has been carrying out activities in a responsible manner to create environment conducive to address the demands of all communities.
Minister Mansoor said that the NC was always ready to establish rights of people, sustainable peace and development in the country and appealed to all to make the NC victorious with two-third majority in the upcoming elections.
Responding to a query, he said that the government was serious to establish factories and industries in the Tarai area including Mahottari. RSS
