KATHMANDU Aujust 1: Media Consumers' Rights Association (MECORA) Nepal has submitted a three-point suggestion paper on the draft constitution to Constituent Assembly Chairman Subash Nembang on Friday.

Explaining the paper, Nirmal Raj Poudyal, the chairman of MECORA Nepal, told Nembang that the Nepali media industry sustains itself on top of an advertisement market equal to about just Rs 5 billion annually and has to evolve and change with the times.
He also said that issues related to consumer rights have to be addressed in the constitution.
