MBL appoints three brand ambassadors

KATHMANDU, Aug. 20: Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd (MBL) has appointed rising sports personalities -- Mira Rai, Pratima Sherpa and Aryan Giri -- as its brand ambassadors. The commercial banks announced it by organizing a press meet in Kathmandu on Friday.

KATHMANDU, Aug. 20: Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd (MBL) has appointed rising sports personalities -- Mira Rai, Pratima Sherpa and Aryan Giri -- as its brand ambassadors. The commercial banks announced it by organizing a press meet in Kathmandu on Friday. Speaking at the program, MBL CEO Suman Sharma said that the bank was proud to get three sporting personalities as its brand ambassadors. "Rai is a popular marathon runner who has won number of titles and 'Adventure of the Year 2017'  honor awarded by National Geographic magazine, while Sherpa is a No. 1 Nepali golfer in women's category," the bank said in a statement, adding: "Giri is a thirteen-year-old tennis player ranked 29th in U-14 Asian ranking."
