"Instead of resigning as per the deal, the government has decided to summon the budget session. This government doesn´t have any right to summon the house session. So we will not let the government present programs and policies and annual budget," said Maoist Vice-chairman Narayankaji Shrestha.

On Monday, the government decided to summon the budget session from July 5.
