KAILALI, Feb 2: The CPN (Maoist Center) today recommended Trilochan Bhatta to the post of Chief Minister of Province 7.
Bhatta was elected as State Assembly member of the province in the recently held elections to the House of Representatives and State Assemblies.

The proposal was made following an agreement reached between the left alliance to give the portfolio to the Maoist Center.
A provincial office meeting of the Maoist Center made a decision to this effect. "Now the center may take a final decision to this effect in a couple of days," said the province coordinator of the Maoist Center Laxman Datta Joshi.
