KATHMANDU: The central committee meeting of Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) started Wednesday morning at the party’s central office in Budhanagar. The meeting will finalize the joint document passed by the party´s national cadres’ assembly in November. Although prime minister and party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, and senior leader Mohan Baidya had presented separate documents at the national assembly, both the leaders had eventually agreed to adopt people´s federal democratic national republic. Baidya had pitched for People’s Republic while Dahal had backed the institutionalization of federal democratic republic.
