Except for the party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who also heads the government, the party has fairly stuck to “one-person-one-post” policy. Senior party leader Mohan Baidya has been assigned the job of party organizational head. Baidya, in this capacity, will be acting as the de facto chief of the party.
Another leader Netra Bikram Chand has been nominated the head of the party sister organizations, replacing Dr Baburam Bhattarai, who is also the Finance Minister.
Likewise, another leader, Post Bahadur Bogati, has been appointed the chief whip of the Constituent Assembly Party.
