The centre has been set up in joint cooperation of Lions International Foundation (LCIF), Pokhara Chamber of Commerce (PCCI) and Lions District 325 B1 Nepal.
District Governor of Lions District 325 B1 Nepal, Dhruba Thapa said that modern technology worth around 15 million rupees and beds to accommodate at least four heart patients have been installed within the cardiac care unit of Western Regional Hospital (WRH). Patients from poor economic backgrounds will be provided some financial support for their treatment at the centre, said Thapa.
