BUTWAL, July 31: Local Development Officer (LDO) of Nawalparasi district, Yuvaraj Kattel has been transferred within five months of joining the office. It is said that a strong mafia-politicians connection is behind such early transfers.

A highly placed source revealed that LDO Kattel was transferred as he refused not to take action against those operating illegal crushers. “He wanted to take action against the illegally operating crushers and that became the reason behind his transfer,” the source said.
