Earlier, MP Manish Jha urged the government to identify the owner of the Rs 250 million seized a few days ago. He emphasized that black marketing can not be controlled by merely arresting porters. He raised objections to similar incidents where the owners of illegal goods were given immunity, despite the arrest of the porters.
