KATHMANDU, Oct 19: Minister for Labor, Employment and Social Security Krishna Kumar Shrestha has directed concerned authorities to streamline the service flow after inspecting the Social Security Fund and Foreign Employment Board in Babermahal on Monday.
Stating that the public should get government services as fast as possible, Minister Shrestha directed the staff not to delay the services. “We are the servants of the people. So, their work should not be delayed,” he said. “In case of any problem, I am ready to help you.”

Minister Shrestha was briefed about the services being provided by both the offices during his inspection visit. Minister Shrestha started inspection after listening to the complaints of the workers working in the ministry.
Meanwhile, Minister Shrestha requested ambassadors of various labor destination countries to extend necessary assistance in the rescue of Nepali nationals living abroad. Meeting the Ambassadors of UAE and Saudi Arabia, Minister Shrestha requested for necessary assistance in the rescue of Nepali workers stranded, dead and imprisoned in those countries.
Minister Shrestha met Ambassador of UAE to Nepal Saeed Hamdar Mohammed Al Nakki and Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Nepal Museed Wani Suleiman at Minister Shrestha's residence in Maharajgunj. On the occasion, the ambassadors congratulated Shrestha and said that they would work for the mutual benefit of the two countries.
