BIRATNAGAR, Nov 25: The Koshi provincial government has presented the budget substitution bill in the provincial assembly meeting.

According to the agenda of the Provincial Assembly Secretariat, the Bill to replace the Appropriation Ordinance has been introduced in today's meeting. The then Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki brought the budget for the current fiscal year for the first time from the Ordinance on June 14.
Karki, who became the Chief Minister for the second time, introduced the substitution bill again on September 10 after the budget replacement bill worth Rs 36.25 was not approved by the provincial assembly.
