The result left Kathmandu unchanged in the 12th position on the relegation border with one point while Swayambhu also remained unchanged in the ninth place with nine points. Chyasal is the only team yet to open its account in the league.
In the day´s first match, Mahabir took a 17th minute lead through Ramesh Rana Magar. However, Janga Bahadur Rai cancelled Mahabir´s lead in the 37th minute and Bishnu Gurung scored the winner for Brigade Boys Club in the 74th minute.
The win lifted Brigade Boys Club five spots while Mahabir dropped one spot to sixth place with 10 points. Fourth to seventh placed Birgunj Youth Academy, Brigade Boys Club, Mahabir and Samajik all have 10 points each. A victory would have taken Mahabir level on points with leader Tushl.
There will be three matches on Thursday. Satdobato will play Tusal, United will face Samajik Youth and Shree Kumari will take on Chyasal Youth Club.
