KATHMANDU, Jan 15: Jwala Singh aka Narendra Paswan, chairman of the armed outfit Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha-Jwala Singh Faction (JTMM-J), has said the group is ready to start dialogue with the government provided the authorities create a conducive environment for talks. Speaking over telephone to the participants in an interaction organized by a media NGO, Freedom Forum, in Biratnagar on Wednesday, he urged the government to create favorable situation for dialogue. He said the government should fulfill the group’s four conditions to create the environment, reported Kantipur daily on Thursday. He demanded that government release detained JTMM-J cadres, declare a ceasefire, and revoke the fake cases against them, among others.
