French President Francois Hollande heard the loud explosion outside of State de France on Friday night, November 13. He was watching a live game between France and Germany. He was evacuated and later on, found out that State de France was just one of the six locations where the Paris attacks took place.
Hollande placed the entire country in a state of emergency and closed all borders.
