KATHMANDU, April 23: The ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) chairman and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the aspirations of the indigenous people have been addressed in the Constitution.

In an interaction on the issues concerning indigenous people and marginalized community here today, he also said that the federal structure will take development to the local levels through the decentralized mechanism. He further stressed on increasing participation of these communities. Chairman Dahal further opined for institutionalizing the achievement of change as they were achieved through great struggle of the people in various movements.
He said that various conspiracies were hatched to make the changes a failure but it would be impossible. RSS
