JUMLA, Aug 14: An Indian national has been beheaded with the rear blade of a helicopter in Humla on Tuesday.

Nagendra Kumar Kartik Mehta was killed by the blade while disembarking from the chopper belonging to Manang Air at a helipad in Hilsa. He was en route to Kailash Mansarovar tour, arranged by the Mumbai based Mehta Explore Kailash Trek Pvt Ltd. He was supposed to move away from the chopper after getting off but accidentally he moved toward rear part and was hit by spinning tail rotor, according to the police.
The rear part of the helicopter has been damaged completely.
