Indian army team in 5-day Nepal visit

KATHMANDU, Aug 9: A team of Indian Army led by Lt General D.S. Thakur arrived in Kathmandu on a five-day ´goodwill visit´ on Tuesday morning.

The team is scheduled to meet Defense Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel, Defense Secretary Nabin Kumar Ghimire and Nepal Army chief Chhatraman Singh Gurung on Wednesday, the press statement issued by Nepal Army´s Public Relations Directorate stated.
