ARGHAKHANCHI, June 26: Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Ranjit Rae on Sunday said that India wishes peace, stability and development in Nepal. He said that Nepal-India relation is prosperous since immemorial times.
Speaking after inaugurating a building of Janajyoti High School constructed with Indian assistance he said that the two neighboring countries should adopt a concept of common development.

“Development of Nepal and India is possible only through co-work,” he said, “There should a cordial relation between two neighboring countries always.”
He added that India will always assist in Nepal’s development.
“India is ready for any sort of assistances for Nepal’s development,” he said.
Meanwhile, addressing a function organized by Reporters’ Club here, envoy Rae claimed that India didn’t enforce any blockade on Nepal. He reiterated that supply chains were affected due to sit-ins at the border entry points.
Saying that India has never interfered in Nepal’s internal matter, Rae claimed that the southern neighbor had not at all expressed discontent over Nepal’s constitution.
