KOHALPUR (BANKE), July 11: A husband has murdered his wife by slitting her throat here at Belanpur of Kohalpur municipality – 4.
Mohammed Aftab Beduwa, 27, murdered his 27 – year – old wife Mansur by slitting her throat, Area Police Office, Banke said.
"Beduwa committed the murder at 12 midnight and arrived at the police station with the head of his wife," Deputy Superintendent of Police Suresh Prasad Kafle said. "When we reached the incident site, we found the dead person's body and five to six – month – old daughter. We immediately rescued the daughter," he added.
The murderer has two wives according to police. Police have also arrested his younger wife for investigation.
The dead woman is the elder wife and has three children. The locals even picketed the Area Police Office, Kohalpur last night demanding stringent legal action against the perpetrator. Police are launching further investigation into the incident RSS
