PARBAT, Oct 12: Khaulakot, the historic court in Khaula Lakuri VDC in Parbat district, awaits conservation.
The Court which is of archaeological importance was considered an important court organizing various cultural events, including puja, during course of 22 and 24 principalities in Nepal.
The temple in the court is also in a dilapidated condition. Although the temple was renovated recently in personal initiation of the locals, no state support has been provided for the conservation efforts, according to Nara Bahadur Chettri, Chairperson of the Khaulakot Conservation and Management Committee.
