DANG, Tulasipur, Oct 16: More than half a dozen old and derelict heavy equipment and vehicles at the Division of Roads Office, Ghorahi are in a state of neglect for long.

These old vehicles and heavy machinaries have been lying in a state of neglect without auctioning them off as it is not fixed as to which office actually owns them.[break]

However, these old machineries and vehicles have been dumped on the premises of the Heavy Equipment Office of the Division of Roads, Dang. Baburam Kharel, chief of the office, stated that these vehicles and machineries have been brought here only for preservation and maintenance and not for the long-term.

No government body has come to claim these vehicles and heavy equipment so far. The old vehicles include dozers, trucks, tripper, tractors, vans and other machineries.
