Govt cannot address people's issues: Baidya

CHITWAN, Aug 7: CPN Maoist (Revolutionary) chair Mohan Baidya has said that the recently formed government cannot address the people's issues as it was formed at the behest of external forces.

CHITWAN, Aug 7: CPN Maoist (Revolutionary) chair Mohan Baidya has said that the recently formed government cannot address the people's issues as it was formed at the behest of external forces.


At a press conference here today, chair Baidya stressed on radical change in the constitution saying that the current problems could not be resolved only after amending it.

He clarified that they would continue the protest against the decision of allocating the responsibility of constructing the Upper Karnali Hydro project to GMR, an Indian company.


Leader Baidya shared that a unified front would be formed under the convenorship of party leader CP Gajurel to move the party towards pro people's direction. RSS
