Gold price increases by Rs 1,000 per tola

KATHMANDU, Aug 25: The price of gold has increased by Rs 1,000 per tola in the domestic market on Sunday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, the price of fine gold has been fixed at Rs 152,400 per tola, marking an increase of Rs 1000 per tola. On Friday, the price of fine gold was traded at Rs 151,400 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has increased by Rs 35 per tola on Sunday. Silver is being traded at rs 1,850 per tola.
