KATHMANDU, June 5: The price of gold in the domestic market dropped by Rs 500 per tola on Wednesday, following an all-time high on Tuesday.
Fine gold is now being traded at Rs 142,200 per tola, down from Rs 142,700 per tola on Tuesday.
Similarly, the price of standard gold has decreased to Rs 141,500 per tola today, from Rs 142,000 per tola the previous day.
In addition, the price of silver has fallen by Rs 35 per tola, priced at Rs 1,825 per tola on Wednesday, compared to Rs 1,860 per tola on Tuesday.
