Gold price declines by Rs 400 per tola

KATHMANDU, Jan 31: The price of gold declined by Rs 400 per tola to Rs 91,800 in the domestic market on Monday. The yellow metal was traded at Rs 92,200 per tola on Sunday.

KATHMANDU, Jan 31: The price of gold declined by Rs 400 per tola to Rs 91,800 in the domestic market on Monday. The yellow metal was traded at Rs 92,200 per tola on Sunday.



According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, today's price of standard gold stands at Rs 91,300 per tola, which was Rs 91,700 per tola on Sunday.

Similarly, the price of silver declined by Rs 10 per tola to Rs 1,240 per tola today.


The federation has been fixing daily trading prices here on the basis of changes in gold and silver prices in the international market. Gold is being traded at around US dollar 1,787 per ounce in the international market today.
