Smriti Pradhan, a third grader at the school, was hit by the bus (Ga 1 Ka 1169) at Magante Chowk, Khaireni at 10 am and succumbed to her injuries while being treated at the Chitwan Medical College, police said.
Her body is kept at the Bharatpur Hospital for post-mortem.
