Nirmal Poudel directorial short film ‘Sipahiki Swasni’ released on Iflix, recently. The plot for the film is an adaptation from the book ‘Sipahiki Swasni’ by Mahesh Bikram Shah. Garima was last seen in the hit movie ‘Jhola’ which portrayed women’s condition when Sati Pratha was practiced in Nepal.

Meanwhile, this movie depicts the condition of a soldier’s wife whose husband has gone on duty during the civil war. It shows the pain and emotion of a soldier’s wife waiting for her husband every day.
Along Garima, Shova Tripati, Saru Dahal and Prashant Dahal will be seen in the lead role. The film was produced by Rita Poudel and Nir Hari Poudel and scripted by Nirmal Poudel and Ritesh Gurung.
The cinematography and editing were handled by Amrit KC and Adhiknayaman Sherchan respectively. The color concept, Vfx and sound designing were taken over by Annant Ghimire, Niraj Poudel and Shrawal RP respectively.
