Gandaki CM Pandey to seek vote of confidence on June 10
Nepali Congress parliamentary party leader Surendraraj Pandey filed a petition at the SC arguing that the appointment of CM Adhikari with the backing of the CPN (Maoist Center) leader Krishna Dhital, who became the Speaker of the Provincial Assembly, is unconstitutional.
However, the Chief Minister Adhikari is preparing to take the vote of confidence before the hearing of the case at the SC, according to the minister without portfolio Hari Bahadur Chuman, who is also the spokesperson for the provincial government.
