KATHMANDU, March 28: Four Nepal Army (NA) soldiers were injured when they hit a parked chopper of Shree Airlines at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) on Wednesday during their rehearsal.
NA Spokesperson Ramindra Chhetri told Republica the soldiers landed on the chopper after jumping from an NA helicopter during the army´s anti-hijacking rehearsal. [break]
"The injured soliders are getting treatment in Military Hospital, Chhauni. All of them are out of danger," Chhetri added.
The accident occurred Wednesday afternoon during the NA´s rehearsal for anti-hijacking training program beginning next week.
The helicopter´s rotor blades have been slightly damaged.
