The four lawmakers from ruling parties, who are against the provision on the bill to remove hill districts from Province 5, have again registered a proposal to make change on the bill stating that there should be a provision no provincial boundaries could be altered without taking consent of the concerned province.

The joint proposal registered at the Parliament secretariat on Sunday clearly shows that the four ruling lawmakers are against the bill registered in the Parliament with a provision of altering the demarcation of Province 5.
