The Federal Socialist Forum Nepal, Terai Madhes Democratic Party, Sadbhawana Party and Terai Madhes Sadbhawana Party boycotted the meeting saying the provision of promulgating of new constitution without naming and delineating the federation states is not acceptable to them.Speaking at the meeting of the CA in the beginning, TMDP leader Sarbendra Nath Sukla said that endorsing the issue of federal structure by next parliament is not acceptable to them and expressed doubt over such provision.
Meanwhile, speaking at the meeting, Nepali Congress Vice-President Ram Chandra Poudel said that his party is ready to finalize the naming and delineating the provinces if opposition parties are ready to go for 6- six-province federal structure model.
