The vehicle was heading to Hastichaur from the district headquarters Tamghas.
The District Police Office, Gulmi, said that Baikuntha Bahadur Mukhiya, 19, Tirtha Bahadur Khatri, 65, Chandra Bahadur Kunwar, 58, and Juddha Mukhiya, 26, of Hastichaur VDC died after the tractor (Lu 2 Ta 4831) fell some 500 off the road.
The injured is receiving treatment at the District Hospital, Tamghas.
According to the police, locals and police personnel are facing hardships in rescue job due to tough geographical terrain of the incident site.
Police said that reasons behind the incident are not confirmed yet. RSS
