Former minister stresses on collaborations for development

Dhakal, who was invited as a special guest, addressed over two dozen Indian parliamentarians as he dwelt into the topic in India's Parliamentarian House. He highlighted that Nepal was keen to maintain harmonious relationship with both the neighbors and beyond to ensure economic development.


He also said that collaborations were required to ensure regional development.
