Foreign tourists inflow up in Sagarmatha area

SOLUKHUMBU, March 13: The influx of foreign tourists has increased in Sagarmatha area lately.  Score of tourists coming from different parts of the world is increasing day by day. Most of them are coming in the season to view and enjoy panoramic landscape of Himalayan range including World's higest peak, Mount Everest.

SOLUKHUMBU, March 13: The influx of foreign tourists has increased in Sagarmatha area lately. 

Score of tourists coming from different parts of the world is increasing day by day. Most of them are coming in the season to view and enjoy panoramic landscape of Himalayan range including World's higest peak, Mount Everest.


The season spanning from mid-February to mid-June is a perfect choice for the tourists to arrive and take joy of splendid scenic beauty here, said Dorji Sherpa, an entrepreneur of Namche.

Daily around 100 new tourists are see flocking to the Sagarmatha area with gradual rise in temperature, according to the Tourism Police Office, Lukla. 


Likewise, the trekking routes of Sagarmatha area haave also seen rising inflow of foreign tourists of late. RSS
