KATHMANDU, April 13: Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali is paying an official visit to China from April 16 to 21, leading a Nepali delegation at the invitation of State Councilor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, Wang Yi.
A press statement issued by the Foreign Ministry Friday said during the visit, Minister Gyawali is scheduled to hold bilateral meeting with his Chinese counterpart Wang on 18 April, which will be followed by a joint press address. The Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister will host a luncheon in honour of Minister Gyawali.

During his stay in Beijing, Minister Gyawali will meet with the state leader of China, and address the round table meeting of the Chinese think tanks.
Ambassador of Nepal to China is to host a welcome reception in honour of the Foreign Minister and delegation on April 17.
Moreover, he will be visiting Chengdu City of the Sichuan Province of China, and meet with the provincial leaders and address a programme at the Sichuan University on April 20.
The Nepali delegation is comprised of Ambassador of Nepal to China, Leela Mani Paudyal, and senior officials of the Foreign Ministry and the Embassy.
