CHITWAN, June 18: Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said the five-party alliance would continue till the conclusion of the peace process.
At an interaction organized by Bharatpur Metropolis here Friday, Chairperson Dahal said the five-party alliance would continue beyond the election of provincial and federal levels.

Collective efforts would be continued to ensure a new age of development, he added. "Now, none can take the country toward regression," he said, adding, "However, there are still problems. So, the alliance is moving ahead by sorting out the problems."
According to him, there are two attitudes in the country- one is individualistic and the other collective. "The political force that tried to push the country toward regression, breach the constitution and dent democratic system is not adopting the approach of moving alone. But, we have an approach of togetherness. It is the struggle between those who are for unity and against it, Dahal added.
Similarly, the former prime minister Dahal reminded that the State Partnership Programme (SPP) was signed during the time KP Sharma Oli was prime minister. "It is time to differentiate between hypocrisy and nationalism," he told the program attendants. Dahal also assured that he would take initiatives to develop Bharatpur Hospital as a teaching hospital. He lauded the development initiatives being forwarded in Bharatpur Metropolis.
Dahal also suggested the priority to production, employment, social security and justice. On the occasion, Minister for Energy, Irrigation and Hydro Resource, Pampha Bhushal, said embankment along the Narayani River and irrigation were major works forwarded by Chitwan Metropolis.
