KATHMANDU, Feb 28: A fire has broken out on the premises of under-construction view tower near City Hall in the capital on Friday afternoon.

Fire extinguishers have been mobilized to douse the fire. Police said they have been calculating the damages caused due to the inferno.
According to a staffer of the project, the fire broke out due to electric short circuit.
