Ex-AIG Baral recommended CIAA commissioner

KATHMANDU, Jan 4: Constitution Council (CC) meeting held Monday at Singha Durbar has recommended the name of former Additional Inspector General of Police Keshav Baral as commissioner of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA). His name will be endorsed after a hearing in the parliamentary special hearing committee.
