The task force coordinator Ashok Kumar Rai said although the Interim Constitution had made provision that the state would be restructured with ethnic identity, some political parties were making efforts to avoid federalism.[break]
The task force would help the caucus of the Constituent Assembly members of indigenous, Madhesis, dalits and women to stand firm on strict implementation of the federalism with identity by keeping vigilance on the political parties, and continuing dialogues.
The meeting of the task force has called for a joint front of all parties and all ethnic communities to announce the programs to take decisive steps.
