KATHMANDU, May 6: An election rally of the ruling five-party alliance has begun in Kathmandu.


The rally started with the participation of leaders of the ruling coalition on the call of the Nepali Congress.

Top leaders including Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Nepal, among other leaders are scheduled to address the election rally being held at Shanti Batika in Kathmandu.
