Free education by law
Suwal said, "If the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology does not make secondary and university education free and compulsory, then we don’t need this ministry. We don’t need the ministry if it does not cancel the operating licenses of foreign university-affiliated colleges which are cheating.”
Similarly, MP Suwal also made a remark that the Ministry of Drinking Water has no relevance if the people of Terai have to drink water containing arsenic.
