KATHMANDU, May 24: In the memory of Sujata Shakya, late member of Inner Wheel Club of New Road City, the club distributed school bags, uniforms, shoes, and other educational materials to students of Sundar Adharbhoot School of Gajuri in Dhading district, on May 19. The club was supported by Sujata Memorial Trust.

According to a press statement released by the club, all the recipient students came from low income families of Dalit community. The school runs classes up to grade three. Out of the 50 students in the school, 23 are girls.
President of the club, Sheela Shakya, expressed happiness to handover the educational materials and food packages to the students. She committed to continue the club’s charity works for the school, and wished well for the student’s success.
