Earthquake tremors felt twice in Sudurpaschim

KATHMANDU, Oct 3: Earthquake tremors have been felt twice in Sudurpaschim Province.

According to the National Earthquake Monitoring Center, the first earthquake occurred today at 2:40 PM at Palkot in Bajhang with a magnitude of 5.3.

Then at 3:06 PM, an earthquake of 6.3 magnitude occurred with its epicenter near Chairpur in Bajhang. After the earthquake, there was a stampede and commotion in the Martadi market, the headquarters.
