Dr Santosh Upadhyaya became the third runner-up in the grand finale of Mr Supranational 2021 held at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater, Nowy Sacz, Malopolska, Poland on Sunday.

He also won Talent award and Mister Influencer award among 31 participants in the fifth edition of Mr Supranational. This is Nepal's first ever participation for the international peagent. Peru's Varo Vargas was sashed Mister Supranational 2021 by his predecessor Nate Crnkovich at the grand finale.
The event was globally live-streamed on the official YouTube channel of Mister Supranational and an exclusive preview on a few other national television channels. Following a series of tough challenges and sub contest throughout the pageant, the dashing dudes gave an outstanding performance.
The panel of jury for the grand finale included newly crowned queen, Miss Supranational 2021 Chanique Rabe, Mister Supranational 2019 Nate Crnkovich, Miss Supranational 2019 Anntonia Porsild, Miss Universe Poland 2021 Natalia Piguła, Choreographer Anna Bubnowska, Andre Sleigh - Creative Director of Miss Supranational, Miss Supranational 1st Runner-up Karla Guilfu Acevedo and Gerhard Parzutka von Lipinski - President of Miss and Mister Supranational.
