KATHMANDU, May 6: Domestic flights will remain closed for election day on May 13.
According to Buddha Air, there will be no flights on election day. “We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the decision,” the domestic airliner added.
Alongside air transport, all public transport will be closed on May 13. However, international flights will be regular. The Election Commission has written to the government to make arrangements for the operation of vehicles for the convenience of passengers going abroad on this day.
