KATHMANDU, Jan 22: Former General Secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has demanded that the Unified CPN (Maoist) immediately dismantle the paramilitary structure of its militant youth wing Young Communist League, Ujyalo FM said. Speaking in Baglung on Wednesday, Nepal said it is shame that the same party is heading the government and also running paramilitary and military organizations. He said the Maoist party should be held responsible for any failure of the peace process. Nepal also demanded that the Maoists return the seized property without any delay. Referring to the Maoist party he said any attempt to politicize the national army is simply unacceptable.
