If you are a foodie who loves hearty, robust, and bold flavors of Punjabi cuisine then it’s time to head to The Soaltee Kathmandu, Soalteemode. The hotel began its annual Punjabi Food Festival ‘Dhaba’ on March 11. It will continue till March 27 between 7:00 PM to 10:45 PM.
The food festival was inaugurated by President of Sikh Gurudwara Nepal, Sardar Pritam Singh along with Dinesh Bahadur Bista and Jaya Rajya Laxmi Shah, executive chairman and board of director of Soaltee Hotel Limited, respectively.

Inspired from the traditional eateries – particularly the highway eateries – and their most relished dishes, this food festival presents culinary secrets from the heartlands of Punjab. At the festival, one can get variety of delectable and exotic vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that are prepared with varied traditional culinary styles, particularly the tandoori style as per a press statement released by the hotel.
The use of fresh ingredients adds flavor to the dishes; making it a treat for the taste buds. The food festival will be offering many Dhaba inspired food items and traditional Punjabi cuisine at an affordable price.
