CHITWAN, Sept 3: Nepali Congress's chairperson Sher Bahadur Deuba said that the government had failed to nab the culprits involved in the rape and murder of 13 year Nirmala Panta of Kanchanpur.
He added that the culprit should not escape at all costs. Speaking in a press conference at Bharatpur, Deuba said that the inability of the police and the government to nab the culprits after such a long time itself was "doubtful." "A child is raped and murdered. Is there any heinous crime as that?" Deuba questioned as he accused the government of trying to hide the criminals.
