Speaking at a memorial function organized here in Shivnagar of the district, he clarified that the proposal of CJ heading next government was floated as a part of ending the ongoing political impasse in the country.

Arguing that leading the election government by sitting CJ is a common international practice, he also urged to consider his proposal.

On the occasion, he added  today´s scheduled meeting of four major parties along with President Dr Ram Baran Yadav would also discuss the issue. He further cautioned that people will decide of their own on the matter if parties failed to forge consensus in this alternative.

In separate context, Dahal claimed that the recently concluded seventh general convention of his party has come up with a plan related to economic development and prosperity of the country.
